Gua sha
Gua sha je druh masáže vycházející z tradiční čínské medicíny. U této techniky se používají specificky tvarované destičky z různých druhů materiálů, nejčastěji z nerostů. Při jemných tazích může být tato destička použita i na obličej, kde pomáhá především k prokrvení a pročistění pleti a redukci vrásek a otoků. Nejlepších účinků dosahuje, pokud je masáž prováděna v leže na zádech, kdy dochází k ideálnímu působení gravitace .Pro zvýšení účinku se hodí gua shu kombinovat s jinými omlazujícími metodami, které mají za cíl totéž.
Gua sha masáž obličeje se doporučuje realizovat 1-2x týdně po dobu jednoho měsíce a v následné udržovací fázi 1x měsíčně.

To experience the full benefits, it is recommended to incorporate gua sha facial massage into your routine 1-2 times per week for a month. Subsequently, in the maintenance phase, once a month is sufficient.
Please note that there are certain contraindications for gua sha massage, including inflammation, severe acne, wounds in the healing phase, fever, and other infectious diseases. It is important to consider these factors before proceeding with the treatment.
